Amplify your impact with a Community Impact Grant

At the Lift a Life Novak Family Foundation, we fund innovative, high-impact projects led by passionate leaders who are committed to outstanding execution and collaboration.

Through our Community Impact Grants, we support Kentucky-based nonprofits working within our three strategic focus areas:

Food Insecurity
Early Childhood Education
Military & First Responder Support
Who we fund

We partner with 501(c)(3) organizations that:
Are based in or primarily serve communities in Kentucky
Align with one or more of three three strategic areas listed above.
Demonstrate strong leadership, a clear mission, and measurable outcomes
Show a commitment to outstanding execution and long-term sustainability
What we don't fund

To stay focused and strategic, we typically do not fund:
Political or lobbying efforts
Direct support to individuals
Organizations outside of Kentucky
One-time events or sponsorships without long-term impact
Travel

We’re not just looking for good ideas

We’re looking for leaders and organizations who are ready to deliver real, measurable change.
  • Visionary leadership
  • Clear metrics for success
  • Well-executed strategy
  • Deep connection to community needs
  • Sustainable growth potential
If that sounds like your organization, you’re in the right place.
