How do I apply for a grant?
You can explore our Community Impact Grant program here and submit your application online. Applications are open once a year. Please see the grant timeline for details. Be sure to review our focus areas and funding criteria to ensure your organization is a strong fit.
When are grants awarded?
We accept applications once a year during the months of August-September. We then award funding in December. Visit our Grant Process page for the most up-to-date timeline and deadlines.
What types of organizations do you fund?
We fund Kentucky-based nonprofits that align with one or more of our five focus areas:
- Food Insecurity
- Early Childhood Education
- Diabetes Care
- Military & First Responder Support
- Leadership Development
Why don't you offer Community Impact Grants in the focus area of Leadership Development?
Instead of offering Community Impact Grants for Leadership Development we chose instead to invest in strategic nonprofits offering free innovative leadership development resources to all. See the free leadership development curriculum, podcasts and other free resources here.
Do you fund programs outside of Kentucky?
Our funding is focused on nonprofits and initiatives that directly serve communities within Kentucky.
