Dare to Care hosts first Community Conversation "Using Data to Fuel the Fight Against Hunger"

Dare to Care hosted their first Community Conversation “Using Data to Fuel the Fight Against Hunger” on February 20th. They shared their latest findings on barriers, gaps, and opportunities to address food insecurity in the Kentuckiana area.

During the presentation the group heard from Dare to Care President & CEO, Vincent James. Shawn Herbig also presented on the data they had uncovered. Additionally, the group heard from panelist from a variety of fields: Ozzy Gibson, Dr. Monalisa Taylor, Vincent James, Shawn Herbig and Shane Schlatter. The evening ended with a time of community brainstorming and collaboration.
